This former office block is now a building with 20 luxury apartments and ground floor retail with 12 underground car parking spaces. The building includes a new 7th floor which forms a duplex penthouse with 1,386sq ft terrace and 360-degree view across London. The apartments will be a mix of one, two and three beds all benefiting from high ceilings and private outside space.
Tight inner city site. All works were undertaken with on-time deliveries. Detailed planning & coordination was required for all alteration works as a live bank had to operate while works were on going. Noise restrictions were in place as part of planning and party wall agreements.
